SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our creations being handmade and in small quantities, the order preparation time may vary depending on the items purchased. These deadlines are likely to be extended during peak periods such as the release of new collections, holidays or even the Christmas period.

For the creations present for purchase directly on the site :

Upon validation of the purchase by the payment process, count between 3 and 5 WORKING days for the preparation of the order.

 

For personalized creations, on estimate:

Upon validation of the quote and the purchase by the payment process, count 45 WORKING days for the preparation of the order.

​

Once prepared, your order will be shipped and routed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped along with a tracking number.

We deliver in France and abroad.

​

-In France : in 2 to 3 WORKING days by La Poste.

-Abroad: in *number of WORKING days defined by the carrier of your choice, according to your country of delivery.

​

Public holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not WORKING days.

  • EXCHANGE & FEEDBACK

Our creations being all handmade in small quantities, are therefore non-refundable or exchangeable. Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. 

​

However, undelivered and/or damaged orders may be subject to a refund.

 

Exception : if your order was damaged during its delivery, please contact our customer service gemmisix@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged order upon receipt of your package as well as your order number within 5 working days (from receipt of the package).

​

After this time, no request can be taken into consideration.

​

In both cases, your order will be refunded as soon as possible.
